The Complete Picture of Focus
I love this book. There are many books on setting goals, identifying your purpose, and establishing good habits, but the authors in this one have included additional valuable information that gives a more complete picture. It is an easy read with short chapters that give you brief punches of great information. There are exericises at the end of the chapters that allow you to put into action the information provided in the book. This is a great addition to your self-help library.

Maybe the best self-help book of them all.
Sometimes in life, you find a real gem. Like the moment when you knew without any doubt you had found the person you would spend your life with. If you have never read THE POWER OF FOCUS by Canfield, Hanson and Hewitt, you just stumbled across one of life's little gems. This book has the ability to unleash the greatness within you that has been there all along, just waiting to be unleashed.Don't get me wrong, you're not going to read this book and have your life miraculously change. I believe the authors say it best in their final words. "All the strategies we have shared with you really work. They can dramatically change your life for the better. But only if you choose to use them".The book focuses on ten strategies to help you reach your maximum potential in your business, personal and financial life. Some of these strategies may sound simplistic to you at first, but putting deodorant on a fever blister to draw out the moisture sounds simplistic too. The point is, simple can often achieve the results your looking for. There's no sense in over-complicating things. Each of the ten strategies are outlined in their own chapter and followed by practical "action steps" to coach you along. You will find other exercises as well. I recommend buying this book along with a spiral notebook. You'll need it.If you're ready to take actionable steps in improving every aspect of your life, this book is definitely for you.Pastor Monty Rainey

Personal and Business Success Tips
It was a pleasure to read this book even though some chapters reminded me of similar inspirational stories in the Chicken Soup for the Soul series and motivational books by other authors.Authors Canfield, Hansen, and Hewitt suggest doing what you do best, getting rid of "toxic" relationships, and living a balanced life. I particularly liked the suggestion of creating "a picture book of your most important goals," because the mind thinks in pictures rather than words. The authors sincerely believe in their strategies for business and personal success and it is difficult not to get caught up in their enthusiasm.

At last, a method that works!
After trying for years to to find a process that works, with no success, I found The Power of Focus. This book has turned my business and life around. I am now getting all my projects done on time and with quality that I never could have imagined before. This is vitally important as I am 69 years old, and because of the economy, am working again. As an author and motivational speaker, being able to focus clearly is of paramount importance. My profound thanks to Jack, Mark and Les for sharing their wisdom and this marvelous system of the Power of Focus. The Power of Focus

Focus
I purchased this book because I wanted to learn how to focus more, not to be more successfull or to make more money, but just to focus on one thing at a time to be able to accomplish more projects in a day and this book has been very helpful and has a lot of other insightful things in it. Highly reommend this book. Upbeat

Very practical!!!
Unlike most self help books on the market, this book is very PRACTICAL in that it instructs you step by step on how to move closer to your goals using human nature as leverage. Most of us have goals and know exactly what we need to do to do to achieve them however, we battle with things like procrastination, quitting and external distractions. This book has shown me that anybody with a pulse can be successful. Bottom line, if you follow what this book says, you will achieve your goals guaranteed!

Obvious but necessary advice
The advice given in this book may be obvious, but it's good to hear what you already know to drill it deeper into your mind. I can't say I followed everything in the book, and it seems like it's written for someone who owns their own business, but there are still useful tips and worksheets that help you begin to focus your life and actions.
