Great in black beans
Seriously, slice them into small rounds and put in your beans for the last 15 minutes of simmering. Really kicks things up a notch.

Good product
This is some good stuff tasty it’s worth the price stock up on it put it away a little bit of sauce a little bit of cheese. You have a nice snack. Have fun with it.

It’s ok, but there was a spice in this that I wasn’t expecting.
I’ve ordered several chorizos via Amazon, and this one was ok but nothing amazing. There is a spice in this one that I can’t quite pinpoint, which was bit jarring to my tastebuds. Having said that, it was great in paella. But some leftover diced chorizo I put into other dishes resulted in the unusual flavor note being very noticeable to me and I didn’t care for that.

Nice flavor
My first experience with cooking dry, Spanish chorizo - I guess I was eager to love it - but my reaction to it is as a novice, and I cannot rank its flavor against other brands. I sauteed it with red pepper and onion and poured it into a pot of cooked lentils - very tasty. I can easily get more affordable Mexican/locally made sausages. But while I don't know that this made the dish taste markedly better, the family enjoyed it!
