This science kit is so cool. My five-year-old got super excited when he saw it. He loves to build, design, and engineer things. So this kit was right up his alley. He did have issues understanding the positive and negative charges, and how it all works. But after some practice and guidance, he was able to figure it out. The instructions have many examples of what you can do and the pictures show exactly how to put it together however he didn’t want to pay attention to those. Also, the fiber optic thing came apart and my son accidentally pulled the cord out of the handle that goes to the circuit maze experiment. But I am sure if I contacted the seller they’d send me a replacement. Everything else seems well made and we haven’t had any issues, my son is just rough on toys.

Easy beginner set if you want to start teaching electronics young but are afraid of the sets breaking easily. The contained units and included meter are durable. The wires are sturdy and there are extras so you don’t end up constantly fixing a kit because one of the wires came loose.We have not successfully gotten the traffic light to switch colors yet but everything else has worked as instructed. The read out on the volt meter is nice because children can see a battery slowly drain when left on. I would recommend this set as a great starting set for 5-6yrs.

I bought it as a gift for my son, the children are simply delighted, no one will pass by. The scientific set for children is very interesting and multifunctional, even girls like this set, it is very easy to use, the child will play with pleasure. I think it is very useful, as it helps boys develop correctly. My 3-year-old son copes with it without problems and understands the pros and cons well, although I bought it for a 7-year-old child. It has a steam function module, different types of spinners, a 3-color lamp, a vacuum cleaner module with a ball, a module with an indicator of current strength, and most of all I liked the glowing cord. I can call it the best toy for a boy! It is affordable and meets expectations. The cords are very easy and simple to connect. It is made very well, all the cords are enough to connect the entire system and there are many spare parts, which is very pleasing. The set includes a good instruction manual, which has more than 400 projects, it helped us quickly and well understand and play. The package size is average, the set is lightweight.

I brought two on these for grandchildren (4 yr old boy and 3 yr old girl) for Christmas 2024. It is March 2025 and the knob control is broken. Trying to find a replacement but you must purchase the entire product. On the whole, the children love it - my granddaughter is thrilled by it. It is very entertaining and they have become interested in circuitry. I recommend it. Also, I wish they sold individual items to expand the system rather I can't find any - you have to buy the entire set which becomes redundant.

theres just so much to keep the kid occupied. My kids love playing this and spent the last day playing the different projects and there was still so much left to do. This thing really does teach circuits and loops. The material is plastic but its designed so well in terms of quality and playability. ITs pretty straight forward in terms of play and its minimal setup time and break down time. Its easy to clean and I love it being so compact. Would get for gifts for my friends family !

My son has spent hours playing with this set! He has had so much fun making different circuits and trying new combos. Perfect for kids to learn and have a good time. Great value for the price. Everything worked as it should and none of the parts were missing. Seems durable enough to last him for years. One of his favorite gifts ever!!

If your child or grandchild likes to build and play with wires, this is an excellent toy. Even the adults loved it! They are numerous ways to hook up the various features like fame and tops and lights, etc. We loved this and it was easily my 5 year old grandson’s favorite Christmas present.

My son really loved this at first, but within a few minutes several of the pieces quit working. It is definitely not worth the price.One of the junction points stopped working entirely which completely breaks parallel circuit design, so there goes over 50% of the capability. When I opened up the junction point I found several points that were not properly soldered and were basically disconnected from the board. This I fixed by reapplying solder where there should have been some to begin with. The motor on the blower burns out after about 30 seconds of use and the water vaporizer was defunct from the get go. The dimmer module stopped working after the first day and upon inspection was a very cheap dimmer electronic component. The volt/amp meter would only function if you hold the switch in the on position. I opened this up as well and the switch is very cheap and poorly designed.The electronic components put inside each of the components are very very cheap . The amount of effort I put in to keep repairing the components because of the subpar quality is not worth it. I recommend looking at something different
