Good value exercise ball
Good value exercise ball - inflate to the level that gives the rebound to suit your activity. I'm using for repetitive exercise routines, so have it fairly soft to allow a light rather than vigorous bounce. Can be inflated harder to bounce further. The soft surface makes it ideal for indoor activities.
