I love the NOW brand. They do not disappoint. I prefer to take the higher dose of D3 twice a week. I have more energy and feel great. Without it - just blahhh.

3rd time buying them bc the price is too good to look elsewhere

The bottle size vs visual amount looks small, but that is actually 30 pills . Easy to swallow and feel good about helping with my chronic low Viramin D. Didn't realize this is meant to be taken every 3 days, NOT a daily dose

Vitamin D was on the list, so I decided to give this one a try.Overall, I've had no trouble with it while taking it. The tablets are easy to swallow, and don't have any particularly unbearable taste to them. Considering that my household has cut back on consuming whole milk as well as many other dairy products, I gladly welcome this as my primary method of making sure I get my recommended dose of Vitamin D.These are a worthy investment in my opinion, and I'll definitely consider repurchasing this particular one.
