This helped me
I take this twice a day along with a separate ajuna bark supplement. They definitely work for me. I tried another one similar to this, and it did not work for me at all. They're not overly huge, so I find them easy to swallow. No bad taste, either. Banyan products are great quality and I've loved everything I've gotten from them.

Recudes Blood Pressure Naturally!
Struggled with high blood pressure and my primary doctor and a cardiologist recommended this product. My BP at times gets as high aat 170/120 and I take 1-2 of these a day alone with another product called Carditone 1 tablet a day. Between the 2 my BP is normal. If my BP isn't so high, I usually just use this I tried a few pharmacuetical products but didn't like the fog my brain was in, the sore throat and grogginess of my body. With this formula NO SIDE EFFECTS and NATURAL! You should give it a try if you have BP issues. I am lucky to have an alternative Primary MD cause most will not go this route & say you need to be on the big pharma drug for the rest of your life and change them up and continue to add more as you get older. My parents were on 6 different prescriptions and I did not want to go that route!

Use adjunctively with my blood pressure medicine..
I have A fib and don't like taking just Pharmaceutical meds. When I supplement with this, it works great and can take less of my RX, which is worth it!
