I don’t know what’s up with Sugarflair but they certainly are going downhill with the quality of their products. This gel has dry bits in it, like dots. Every time I have to colour sugar paste or buttercream, I get it all ruined because of these bits that won’t dissolve. In the end, I decided to sieve the entire gel and as you can imagine it creates a lot of mess and you just have quarter of the amount wasted as it’s unusable. I would have returned it if I had started using it straight after purchasing but it was 2-3 weeks later. Another thing with sugarflair is that their so called extra range which is supposed to have more colour pigments is dry runny and liquid. This makes your sugar paste quite sticky and changes the consistency a lot. They used to be more like gel in the past so they need to review their products and get them sorted.
