for me has made a handy camp tool, if i had a downside it would be the belt fitting, needs repositioning, read a few issues about the paracord handle but personally after banging in 30 windbreaker poles and 20 heavy duty tent pegs, a few branches chopped away and a bit of whiteling mines stayed tight and in place, seems to hold a fairly decent edge,

I was actually really disappointed in this item. Bought for a weekend camping trip with my son. It’s got a nice weight to it and was ideal for hammering in tent pegs. Blade was relatively sharp for small tasks but not much beyond that so don’t forget to sharpen it. The real drawback is the paracord grip. Came loose and fell off after a couple of swings showing a quite flimsy construction underneath. Easily fixed with some new paracord and a better wrap but overall wasn’t too impressed.

I bough this to take on a motorcycle festival weekend with 2 nights camping. It was ideal as it didn't take up much space and it's weight was just right to knock in the tent pegs and to act as a peg puller when packing up. I can see this as something I'll keep for many years to come and many camping trips.Highly recommended.

The safety cover is a great feature, keeping me from chopping myself by accident as this is sharp! Great purchase
