Q: How can I be sure this is raw cold extracted Shilajit and not the cooked type?

Sorry I don't know the answer to that one. I have had this twice now, 2 jars and to be honest I don't feel any different to when I don't take it so I gave it a fair trial but won't be buying again.

Q: Can the seller email me with the certificate from the lab where the current batch of this product was tested for purity?

Yes. Upon request I was provided with all the information including a breakdown of ingredients. The seller was very helpful and timely in their response.

Q: Received mine and it is less than a half jar full. Obviously I can't weight it because the jar itself is very heavy. Is it supposed to be half empty?

Thanks for your feedback, as a small family run business we try our best to help all of our customers. With regards to the weight of the product, we weigh each jar with crown stamped scales, we do this to ensure that each jar will be 30 grams or in excess of 30 grams. We ship our product to Amazon for fulfillment by Amazon, and each jar has a holographic seal applied in order to maintain the integrity of the content. The jar we use is quite a large jar which has the capacity to hold at least 40grams so it is never full to the top. We opted for this jar as it is high quality and has a wide neck that allows for easier access to the shilajit. When in transit, the jar inevitably goes upside down and on its side, which means that the shilajit gradually sticks to the sides. We find that once upright it does settle and level out. In colder weather the shilajit is slower to move, so this may take longer. We appreciate that if the shilajit is up the side of the jar it does look like there is not much shilajit at the bottom of the jar, but rest assured there will be 30 grams of shilajit in the jar.
