Protein Bread | Low Carb Bread 250g | Pack of 4 | 20 Slices in Total

Well - this is not really bread. Not in the literal sense anyway, but I totally believe its low carb message. It's a very malty, seedy taste, and feels quite chewy, hard and spongy. It's super difficult to toast - its so chewy/moist that it takes a while to harden up - but we got there after 3 or 4 rounds in the toaster. The downside being, as each slice is so thin, it ended up more like a crostini cracker.Don't get me wrong though, I don't hate it. It definitely is up there with some of the better tasting diet breads - but just don't go in expecting this to remind you of store bought bread.It annoying comes in slices of 5 - which I can only assume is designed on purpose to make you open another pack sooner if you want two slices for sandwiches.

it's good.texture-wise, very similar to other bread products of this type in supermarkets, the only difference is that this contains some protein.I think it is tastier if you warm it on a pan and it becomes more crusty as a result and tastes better.very versatile.my main issue is the price, it is expensive and you don't feel particularly that precise that you have eaten protein-based bread...
