Brilliant for fatigue and super yummy hot drink
I love this product and I love this company. I buy a box of tea when I am going through a stressful period, recovering from illness or feeling low and have these each day like a course of medicine. The most delicious 'medicine' ever! I feel stronger when I take this. I blend it with rice milk for a hot milky drink, and sometimes I have it just with hot water. The first time I tried it I found it bitter (same as I did with coffee) but I quickly fell in love with it. Thank you Four Sigma!

Usually skeptical of these things....
...but I cannot deny that this knocked me the f out and I actually woke up feeling good and not like I want to rip the face off the first person who says good morning to me at work.Yes, it does taste vile but it is bearable and I am sure we will grow accustomed to it.If you need sleep but don't like taking medication in order to do so, give this a go. I drank mine about an hour before heading to bed which seemed to be a good time period. Once you can get past the taste it's all good

So good!
I love this! I drink it with hot water just before bed and I find it really relaxing. It's delicious too! I also find that it stops me from snacking because it has quite a distinctive taste so I'm not tempted to crack open the biscuits, like I would be with a normal cuppa.

Reishi: the good and the ugly
Reishi has an undeniably amazing benefits which I cannot fault however on my first cuppa (mind you, it's a smoothie apricot +1 sachet) I had an allergic reaction to it. My limbs and some parts on my back got terribly itchy. It was a bizarre experience as i don't have any allergy to nuts, seafoods or gluten. Shower minimises the itchiness. I am going to discontinue using the product as it doesn't seem to fit me. The taste is quite distinct, something a newbie wouldn't or may possibly enjoy. Well depending on one's taste really. Overall Reishi is very good - but watch out for side-effects (if you have any)

I ordered these after hearing a lot about the sleep and immunity benefits. Oh dear god, they taste awful, threw it down the sink after the first mouthful......horrendous! Really disappointed!
