I love this so much. It is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to assemble all by myself. Fabric is durable ..even held up to demon cat abuse. under seat is a great storage option , Only came in gray, I would like it in other brighter colors

Absolutely stunning but very difficult to assemble
IT DID NOT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS!!!I had to find them online. My previous review had a link to the site but the review got rejected I am assuming because of the link.Full disclosure: I paid a handyman to put this together. I strongly dislike assembly unless it's very few steps and short.It took us around 3 hours to get this thing assembled. One, no instructions I had to find them and it definitely takes 2 people to get this done. Lots of pieces and bolts, not clear which of the benches goes on top of which legs (that's quite important because they are not the same). My handyman can put things together instinctively so he barely glanced at the instructions but we did get the legs wrong and had to start over on that.All the above being said, it is a high quality bench that can sit 4 adults comfortably.If you're going to use it as a dining bench, please make sure your table is no longer than 47". Mine is 45" and it is perfect. Optimal height for a table for me was 29" but I think 30-31" might work too.

Great Customer Service. Happy Buyer.
The bench I received came with a broken leg. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it was nothing they can do but sell me parts. I left a message for the seller so we will see.Update. The seller responded in a timely manner and offered to send a replacement leg. After the seller contacted the manufacturer on my behalf, they explained that they would have to send a whole new bench. The seller requested a pickup for the broken bench. My husband packed it up and it was picked up for no charge. I received the new bench and currently putting it together.

Terrible build experience.
Terrible build experience. I’m guessing why this is marked as a frequently returned items. There are multiple pieces that can only be used with a hex screw driver, moving a quarter turn at a time. You can’t fit a drill. Then later in the process, you HAVE to use a drill with a long bit to create holes and drill in the legs. Very poorly designed, I’d be embarrassed if I were the company selling this item.Finished product looks decent, but it very hard/stiff.

Not sturdy
Looks great, but not built the best. First one I received the legs were broken off. The second hasn’t even lasted a year, and again the legs are breaking off. A lot of money for not being that sturdy.

Beautiful and totally stable
I had hesitated to buy this thing for a few months because of some reviews saying the legs are uneven but mine has been perfect! Very happy with this purchase.
