Delicous protein packed snack!
I purchased them when I saw them on sale. I love soy beans, so I knew that I would like them. I am always on the go, so I pack snack in my bag so I don't binge buy something that is a lot more expensive. Recently we were on a road trip and I packed them. Everyone was getting hungry so I pulled these snack out. My husband and child also loved them. They asked if this brand has different flavors. This snack is healty and filling. It is also protein packed so it will come in handy for pre/post work out as well. I will be purchasing more of them for sure!

A fantastic snack that fits your macros
These are a nice salty snack when you’re craving chips but they pack some extra protein. We’re always looking for healthy alternatives. It is so hard to find protein packed snacks that don’t need refrigeration. These are great for lunch boxes or to keep in the car when you need something quick at a sporting event. They are a little on the dry side (obviously) so make sure you have a beverage handy but I think they’re wonderful. I can’t wait to try the other flavors.

Tasty Healthy Filling Snack
For Edamame Beans, these are extremely tasty and are salted/textured similar to a chip. They taste great, have a nice crunch to them, and are surprisingly filling for the number of calories that they have in them. The quality of crunch that each bean has is satisfying and you can tell that these beans are pretty fresh, giving them their sturdy structure and great texture. While they are a little expensive I would highly recommend these for anybody wanting a healthy snack or anybody dieting.

Good way to get more protein in my diet
I got the sea salt type. They are good, a little bland and dry but not significantly so. Not too salty for me. Its good to have a crunchy snack that not chips or the like. The biggest pro for me is the protein. Especially the amount of protein (11g) with the calories (100c). A lot of protein bars may have this much protein or more are at least 200 calories. I'm on a 1,500 calorie a day diet so thats important to me. I'm also a snacker so getting a snack with this much protein and is low in calories is a plus for me. I'm 73 years old and getting enough protein is a challenge for me. Happy I bought these.

Great high protein snack
My family loved these high protein The Only Bean Edamame Dry Roasted Low Carb Snacks (sea salt). The single packs arrived fresh & are a great deal to grab on the go in between meals. They are filling & pack an awesome crunch!!

Pricey but delicious
-Moderately sized packages that're good to grab and go when you're in a rush-Good taste. Packaging kept the texture crunchy for the month or two I had it in my pantry-Not super filling, but it's meant to be a snack-I enjoy that this comes in different flavors-Pricey for the amount you get.There are other value packs/jars you can purchase for way, way cheaper as long as you're careful with the packaging seal and willing to take the time to pack them in your own containers. The only downside with those is that you're getting a LOT and that they typically have less flavors available.
