URAQT Emergency Diesel Fuel Filler - Capless Plastic Funnel for Ford, Grey, 1782177, 1833948

I have always needed one of these devices incase I ran out of fuel, due to the fuel system being a capless design. I can now also this to put fuel additives into the fuel tank before I fill up, which will help keep my cars emissions low. I was going to get one from my local Ford garage, but I saw them for sale here on Amazon. This Diesel Funnel works perfectly. It's sturdy and made from heavy duty plastic. I keep mine in the boot.

I wanted to add some Redex to the fuel tank of my diesel Focus Titanium but the stupid capless design of the system meant that I was unable to, I tried using a normal household funnel but that didn't work so after a lot of trawling the internet for a solution I found that Amazon sell funnels for Fords that have this silly design feature. The funnel arrived next day and works faultlessly. I'm well pleased.

After purchasing my van I realised that the funnel which should come with the van was missing. Value for money easy to use.

This funnel easily opens the cap of the petrol tank, allowing me to pour additives without any hassle. It's definitely worth the money, and I find the shape much better than traditional funnels. Highly recommend it!

Car didnt have one when i bought it so these are invaluable when using fuel cleaners etc

After carelessly filling the petrol cans that I use for my garden equipment with diesel, I thought no matter, I’ll use it in my BMW. I had forgotten the steel plate that retracts when you insert the fuel filler nozzle. My funnel didn’t work.I noted from the reviews that whilst Ford were first with this system other manufacturers have followed their lead, so it’s not just for use with Fords.I ordered one of these for next day delivery and it did the job perfectly. My funnel (one with a flexible tube) fitted it exactly.I don’t intend to run out of fuel, but I’ll certainly keep this in the car from now on.Incidentally, methylated spirits was perfect for removing the traces of diesel from the cans.

It is actually 24mm and does not fit my car. Advertised as 20mm but it is not.
