Q: child 4 ft 8 inch 80 pounds what size singlet

I don’t think any would fit them. I’m 5’9” 140 and a small

Youth through adult. 90 up to 300lbs.

Q: What size for a 5’11” 180 lb man?

They do run a bit small. I would go up a size or two. I'm 5'9" and X-Large feels right, but hard to get the thing off... Shoulder straps do not have a lot of stretch so you may need to go XXL... Xl will fig you but will be really snug. May have a hard time getting out of it.
