Have a niece that must eat gluten free so as a family we support her whenever possible. Made a double batch of this stuffing/dressing using onion, celery, eggs and gf chicken stock. I had to use quite a bit of stock to soften the texture and let it sit in the bowl while the stock was absorbed. Added a few extra dried herbs and salt to taste but in the end, it was a hit with family. It was crumbly after baking but still provided us with the old fashioned style flavor for turkey dressing. Will buy again.

I make stuffed acorn squash. Bake and scrape out the squash, butter, brown sugar, sausage dried cranberries and stuffing. My DIL must avoid gluten. Stovetop didn’t have GF. So I ordered yours I was horrified when I made it and smelled garlic in it. Hate garlic. But it was GF so I used it in the squash. Everybody loved it! I’ll be ordering more. Love the texture. For me though I’d do without the seasoning packet and season it myself. Have to admit.. the family wants it more often as is . Great product and easy to make

I have tried several gluten free stuffings and have not been too thrilled with any of them. This particular brand has tasted well to me before, but when I tried to get it at the grocery store, they were all out. I came on Amazon intending to buy their other box of stuffing, and I then saw this new type which is fast cooking. I used chicken broth instead of water, and cooked as directed. It tasted really good to everyone, even those who are not gluten free. I must add that we found when you put a little McCormick's Gluten Free Turkey Gravy on the stuffing, it becomes amazing! Will definitely purchase again!

Pros:We like that these come in "plain" so they won't interfere with other seasonings in recipes.The crumbs are soft enough and small enough to actually stick to the food you roll in them. That's true whether the food is fried or baked.They are gluten-free. It's hard to find gf crumbs in stores.Cons:Unfortunately the crumbs aren't completely plain, they're actually very salty. We have to remember to omit the salt in our recipes if we use these.Because they're fresher crumbs than most, they have shorter expiration dates. We bought ours the end of November and they expire near the end of January. Hopefully we'll use them up before then. To keep them fresher we transferred them to glass jars with screw-top lids.

These are my favorite gluten-free bread crumbs! They hold up in the oven and being fried in oil. Very hard to find in stores though. Happy to find it on Amazon

I bought this to use for Thanksgiving. I recently discovered I am very severely gluten intolerant. Not just mildly gluten intolerant like I had thought before. Because of this I had to start being a lot more careful. I bought this as a substitute to our usual Stouffer stuffing. It was so disgusting and texture was so grainy I ended up having to throw the entire stuffing mix in the trash after I finished cooking it. I was really hoping with all the five star reviews that this would taste good. I don't know what stuffing they ate but the stuffing I had was absolutely disgusting.update: The company reached out to me and offered a refund. No strings attached. They felt bad about my poor experience. While I am unlikely to try this particular product again, I might try some of their other gluten free options. They seem to genuinely care about the product experience of their customers.

I think something is missing from the spice packet because it has created a bland product. I was willing to pay for this extremely expensive stuffing if it ticked all of the boxes. But it didn’t. Low sodium Stove Top is a lot cheaper and even though it has a lot of ingredients, some questionable, it tastes a lot better.I will make mine from scratch next time.

Use it with a roast or by itself. I add onion and celery. Also, sometimes Kim chi. Lots of options and super delicious.
