I tried Webers and several other hamburger seasonings before buying this. McCormick grill mates hamburger seasoning it’s the best. It does not change the flavor, but enhances the natural flavors of the hamburger meat. I never make a hamburger without it.

One of my favorite seasonings for ground beef! I eat lots of grass-fed beef, so it's important for me to get a good-tasting seasoning. This is my current favorite - it's relatively inexpensive and tastes good. I mix the seasoning with ground beef and some instant oats to soak up the beef oils/fats and provide some fiber. Consistent winner for beef burgers!

Works great on baked burgers, when cooking in an air fryer.

So about 7 years ago I found an amazing seasoning that this brand had that was for grilling . I had made some amazing hamburgers with it that everyone loved, and it became my normal hamburger seasoning.. . Next you know within a few months I had ran out of it . when I went to the grocery store to buy another one I couldn't find it ... I checked the companys online store to see if I could order it , but still couldn't find it .. I had even checked amazon , but unfortunately no luck ! I had assumed that it was discontinued and just gave up looking after awhile. Well not long ago I just happened to stumble upon McCormick Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning... Of corse I was curious if it was that amazing seasoning ( or pretty close to it )I had so many years ago , so since the price was right I ordered 2 bottles of it . I unfortunately didn't get to use it right away once it came in, but I finally decided to make Hamburgers tonight and try this seasoning. I'm happy to say this taste pretty darn close to the seasoning I had been looking for !! I think the only spice that's not in it was the mustard spice , but the rest of the spices was spot on. Overall I'm very happy I have found this Hamburger seasoning and will more than likely be buying a bigger bottle of it !
