Excellent nights sleep
Excellent product that I take an hour before bedtime. Magnesium has many health benefits, but the most notable is that I have been sleeping like a baby. I use to toss and turn many times at night, but no more.

Long time user of this Magnesium
I've been using this product for a very long time. Great product. I can actually feel when I forget to take it...leg cramps, etc. I do split up the dose ...1 with breakfast...1 with dinner as it's easier to absorb and eliminates digestive issues.

No more sore jaws and tight hips!
I used to use magnesium citrate but I saw a doctor on YouTube recommend this form of magnesium and it is perfect for me. This is a quality product. Strength and dosage is good for my particular issues. I’ve always struggled with tight muscles. My yoga routine is much more pleasant. I have TMJD and my jaw is much more relaxed and no longer sore. Sore neck from arthritis is so much better. Bonuses are less anxiety and no more hemorrhoid flair ups. My son’s jaw pain and sore hips disappeared within 2 hours of taking this form of magnesium. He couldn’t stop talking about it. He’d been hurting for weeks and doesn’t like taking pain meds. Did my heart good to help him. Sometimes mom DOES know best ;-)

Sleeping like a baby
This stuff is wonderful! It helps me sleep like a baby. It worked immediately. After the first dose, I woke up feeling rested, happy, and ready for the day. I’m two weeks in and I feel great. Also, the label says take two capsules but I only take one. My husband started taking it too and he’s enjoying the same benefit.
