Just gorgeous!
I was a little leary of buying these from Amazon but I couldn't find them on the small island I live on. Oh boy am I glad I did! They arrived in a cardboard sleeve that protected them from being smoothed and they had wrapped the stems around their base in an absorbent material so they didn't dry out during the shipping time AND the time it spent sitting at the post office waiting for me to get there and pick them up! Beautiful just like I remember my Moms plant was. I am SO glad I did this, now I have a daily visual that gives me pleasant loving memories of my Mom who left us for the other side 10 years ago.

Nope. Not good quality.
This little guy did not arrive as pictured. It was much smaller than the photo and with withered with brown leaves. Every single one of them. I know shipping can be stressful and I've ordered many plants from out of state in the last six months. (FYI I'm a great plant mom and no slouch to having fabulous house plants) So, I left it in its original pot and put it in a perfect spot for the appropriate amount of light. The soil was already moist so I left watering it alone for a few days. Basically, it's in plant hospital. Unfortunately, after the initial shock of shipping, I decided to give it a permanent home with nutrient rich soil. During the repotting phase, it became apparent this plant had root rot. Not good. I immediately shook off excess damp soil from the roots and treated it with a fungal spray, roots and all. I replanted it in a different pot with fresh soil. We'll see how it turns out. In the meantime, I do not recommend this company. The plant had to have displayed signs of root rot before it was shipped.

Perfectly packaged!
Love love love! I’ve been wanting a nanouk for quite a while. This beautiful plant arrived in perfect condition. The care put into the packaging was the reason I’m leaving a review, it was perfection. I rarely leave reviews. The delicate leaves of this beauty were completely unscathed, the plant is healthy and absolutely gorgeous. Not even any spilled potting soil. Will definitely buy from them again.

Would have been beautiful if there were longer stems.
Plant was very small and stems rotted within days.

Waste of Money
This plant looked nothing like the picture and has brown wilted leaves. Waiting for the seller to respond and see if they will make it right. My plant app scanner said it was sick.

Plant is ok, Did not hold up in shipping
Edit: 4 days later the plant is dead. Others I received at same time are fine so I think it was directly related to how it was received rather than care. The plant looks okay overall, not as scraggly as some other reviewer photos except for the brown spots which a plant ap said was brown spot disease. However, during shipping most of the dirt was spilled out and covered on the plant. The box said keep upright but even with great care as narrow and tall as the box was theres no plausible way this could ever happen. If this was a $5 plant I may expect this, but this plant was over $20 . I would expect a healthy plant and packaged in a way to prevent damage. It was wrapped in paper and plastic but the box design most likely contributed to the damage. I received plants from Costa that were double the size, super healthy no disease or shipping damaged and I paid less than $6 each. I know this ( the cost) varies based on plant species. Just saying the quality upon arrival vs cost. Next time I will purchase locally for plants in general.
