Keep you swing consistent!
What a great product to train your muscle memory. I use this to loosen up before and during rounds. Easy to swing and it gives you instant feedback on bad swings. This always brings your tempo back. A must have for your bag/round.

Golf swing trainer
I was not sure about this device at first. Once I practiced with it, my swing rhythm improves quite a bit. It helps me to train my swing routine and trains me to concentrate on the swing plane and the low point. As soon as I picked up my clubs, I could feel the difference in weight and swing motion. This device is good for warmup and regular swing practice. I would recommend all golfers to try this out.

Nice Product for the Price
For the price, compared to others like it that are way more expensive, I'm very happy with this swing trainer. I think, if I did it over again, I would probably have gotten the 48" instead of the 40". Feel like the 40" may not quite have enough lag to really get the feel in the downswing you're looking for out of this. But it's still really helpful.

was veryyyyy skeptical
A friend referred this to me and said it helped him. I decided to research it and after the research make the purchase although I was very very skeptical about all the training aids on the market. And I guess it depends on the person and the product and how they perceive it and use it. And I have to say this is only 1 of 2 products ever bought that showed a dramatic difference in my game of play. At 1st I thought this was a device to help me only hit longer shots And after doing some more research I discovered that this was actually a tool to help us tempo In which mine is was wacked. But after a few months over the Winter This is the only training aid that has showed a significant difference in my tempo which led to more confident and better shots from the driver all the way down to my 56゚wedge. After spending 10 minutes, 5 days week. But I belief that there is not justone single training device is the right one for everyone it varies from person to person = trial and error. This particular product was overwhelmingly exactly what I needed.

It really works well!
If you’re starting to get a little stiff in the joints, you can swing this thing for about three minutes and you feel like you’re 39 again!

Rough Grip is a problem
I opted to purchase this in lieu of the original Orange Whip. While it seems to be a good training aid, I see two flaws in the design. First, it comes with a harsh rubber grip. The weight of the stick puts excessive pressure and inertia on your hands and the rough grip is irritating my hands, mostly my thumbs. It is heavier to swing than the Orange Whip because there is no counter balance on the grip end. While I would like to keep it, I am considering returning it for the Orange Whip which has counterbalance and a soft grip.BTW, this identical stick seems to be listed on Amazon and sold under a number of different names. My stick says its a: Baligh(t). FYI Buyer beware.
