Polycom VVX 300 IP Business PoE Telephone (Power Supply Included) (Renewed)

This phone works GREAT! I am a service technician for a major business communications company and this is one of the mainstay phones we use at work. For the money, this is a SUPER POWERFUL business machine used in connection with a good quality VOIP phone service. I love VOIP phones so much I set this one up at home with my own voip acct and it works PERFECTLY. No issues at all. I put in the mac address to my provider (Nextiva) provisioned the phone by using the web portal (the phone's IP address on the same network as my pc) and after restarting and loading the provision update it's been working great since! This phone does exactly what it is supposed to do. One person here left a bad rating because they thought this was POTS (plain old telephone service) phone but this should be 5 stars. This device does exactly what it is supposed to do for very little cost. You can get a Polycom VVX 400 or something fancier but this phone does everything those do without the touch screen or pretty colors. This phone looks like it was professionally refurbished (like NEW) for under 40 bucks with everything but a headset (has regular handset though but I like to have both hands free)...I really don't see how you can get better value for the money. It is refurbed BRAND NEW and looks and works great. I am buying another for my home work space also. Cheers.

Phone is just like new for a fraction of the price! It’s a no brainer!

I purchased two phones for our business and I’m not happy.The sound quality is not great, and pics of a lot of background noise, one of my hand sets doesn’t work at all and makes a buzzing sound so I’m forced to purchase a headset which is not any better. It’s not easy to pick up multi lines as it is a six line phone. Not recommended

I did a search on residential VOIP phones and this one was in the results. In the process of attempting to set it up I discovered that it is a SIP phone and that I need a business internet voice account in order to use it. Returning.

Great add on to my other phones for much better price

Very good price and clean looking phones for refurbished. However, best to assemble and fully test before using them. 1 phone out of 8 had a bad handset cord and the phone rattles inside. I still consider it a good buy and would buy again.
