Finally. Other Amazon Sellers - Take note - This is how it's done
Hopefully I'm not jumping the gun on this, but so far I'm worlds more impressed with this chuck than any machine-tool I've purchased off of Amazon (and unfortunately, that number is fairly large).When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed, YOU ACTUALLY GET WHATS IN THE PICTURES!!!That's amazing. Honestly, it is the first time, in YEARS, I've opened a product up and what was in the Amazon ad is what I had sitting on my bench. That alone makes the price well worth it.Personally, I always cut my back-plates in-situ, so that when I mount a chuck to it, it's being mounted to as-true a surface with the spindle-axis as it can be. When I mounted this chuck, they hit their tolerance numbers and then some. I was reading 10th's on my test-indicator for TIR.Like I said, I hope I'm not jumping the gun, but from my initial impression, they've more than restored my faith. Their store here on Amazon will likely be the first place I look from now on.And if you're curious, based on my other reviews - I'm not sponsored in any way. If anything, I have a feeling manufacturers aren't my biggest fan. These guys...all the machined faces were absolutely gorgeous - rainbow finishes abound. And everything matched, right down to the Zyrc oil fitting and laser-etched logo. Definitely worth it.

Best product for the best price!
This is a great little chuck,well built,holds tight and comes with a chuck wrench.I didnt care for the ones that came with the 2 rods to tighten it up.I dint buy this for a lathe,I made an adapter plate and arbor and put it in a cordless drill.I use this at work to advance electric motors with gearboxes conected to equipment.By taking the fan cover and fan off the back of the motor and clamping this chuck to the shaft you can rotate a belt,shaft ect.Much better than having to have a bunch of adapters of different sizes which sometimes arent the right size which makes the drill wobble.

Price reflects quality, perfect for what I am using it for, by all means not a precision chuck.
