Not user friendly. Unclear manual. Tools provided works first time only.
The Eggs needs to be pierced before placing in the moulds for boiling. This fact is nowhere mentioned in the product details. The manual booklet is full of bad Grammer to understand the usage. I had to search YouTube demo to understand. The plastic measurement cup has a sharp tip which is meant to be used for piercing & it takes a good effort to do it without breaking the eggs. I initially used to Pierce the eggs first time, by second time the sharp tip was no good as the tip bent by then. Won't suggest buy this as it is more trouble than any help

U can only boil eggs and heat liquid items through steam... Very small pan ..
