Perfect for miso soup
I really only wanted the smaller basket to use when dissolving miso in a pot of soup but I'm sure I'll find a use for both of them. They worked as I hoped they would and seem to be well made. Cleaning is a snap since the handles are plastic instead of painted wood (which I guess they're supposed to resemble) so they can go right in the dishwasher (top rack). Very happy with my purchase and I can recommend them without reservation.

I wish they were deeper.
I just wish they had been deeper. The large strainer serves its function the smaller one is not quite big enough for a serving.
