Lemon Spindrift is both the secret ingredient in the ice cream and the topper for the float. It's the perfect way to welcome the weekend. 1 1/2 cups cream 1/2 cup Lemon Spindrift 1/2 cup sugar 4 lemons Lemon zest Directions: Combine sugar, cream, Spindrift in a bowl. Zest one of the lemons into the bowl then add juice from 4 lemons and stir. Add the mixture into an ice cream maker until it forms ice cream.
