I am walking better than I have in years
This machine did exactly what I hoped it would do! Twice a day I invert for 10 minutes and it stretches me out and relieves the pressure and pain on my hip. I am walking better than I have in years! And the best part is I paid for this one time. Therapy cost me over and over and the results did not last. Now I can provide my own pain relief in the privacy of my own home with no extra cost! The instructions to put this together were very clear and it took me about 30 minutes start to finish. Great product and well built.

Awesome table, great customer service
We bought this table after a LOT of searching. We used to own a Teeter Hang Ups, but we gave it to my daughter's boyfriend when we moved out of state. My son and I started to have back problems, and our chiropractor suggested the inversion table. When I looked at the prices for the Teeter, I was shocked at how much more it costs now. So, the search was on. This particular model (Innova ITX9800) did not have a lot of reviews at the time, but I went for it. We got the table, and it was super easy to put together. Very, very sturdy. The only glitch was that one of the safety clasps was broken on one of the straps. Have to admit it could easily have happened in shipping, as the box was a bit beat up and had a hole in it. However, the rest of the table was in super shape. I emailed a picture of the broken clasp to the seller, and they responded right away and sent me a new strap and clasp. Awesome customer service! Absolutely love the safety features, the pin and the settings to get to the correct degree of inversion absolutely convenient to have (many inversion tables do NOT have this). The back is also padded very nicely, compared to our previous inversion table, which was fabric. To us, the ankle pads are much more comfortable than the plain padded bars some of the other tables have. It also folds away easily. Perfect for us!

Better than expected.
Out of all the tables available I chose this one because of its features and other reviews.All the parts are very well made and was fairly easy to assemble. The table is very stable. The ability to fold was a good feature. The table is very comfortable and easy to make adjustments. For me the ankle brace is extremely comfortable.Inversion is easy to do once you get used to falling backwards. If you never tried one of these I suggest you try the first position. Let it go back slowly.My first time I got a little ahead of myself and put it in the last setting and got a little nauseous.The straps gives you a sence of security but do not hinder the Inversion.I have every back issue one person could have.Even after my first session, and I only did it for about 5 minutes I could feel the difference. Give your back time to get used to this a little at a time.If you're looking for an affordable way to help your back, this is the one to get.

Great unit. 4 only bc the ankle support needs work
The only reason it doesn't get a 5 is bc they need to figure out a better way to support the ankles. It is uncomfortable while hanging.The instructions are fairly easy. I love that they put the hardware (nuts/bolts/screws) in groups by steps. That was very helpful. It took about 2 hours to put together (if I don't include the couple of times I had to unscrew, correct and re-screw certain pieces bc I misread the instructions). If you have a bad back, you'll want to take some extra time bc it requires a lot of "bending". Some tips, be sure to set it out the way it will be put together. That really would have helped me when reading the instructions (got backwards at one point). Also, when putting on the main back piece, it states to be sure the straps are in front. You might want to tie them together at the top and bottom so they don't flop around (this happened to me and one of the straps ended up behind the back after I screwed in the bolts, so I had to unscrew and correct which as a pain).Once put together, I got on and immediately noticed the discomfort of the ankle holders. I put on jeans and that did help some. I raised my hands and the unit did not go back... at all. I thought it was broken and was very angry. Then, I took a breath and re-read the last couple of pages and noticed where the instructions state it is based on your center of gravity so the height may not actually be your height. Since I am a women, and carry most of my weight in my hips/butt (as most of us do) I decided to adjust to a lower height. I am 5'10" and I ended up selecting 5"6" before it worked properly. Other than feeling like I was "slipping" (just have to get used to that) and some discomfort after about 30 sec in my ankles, it was fantastic! My husband then tried it. He is 6'6" and did not need to adjust his height at all. Be sure when you get off, you give yourself a good 30 secs sitting up normal before you unhook. I got off too quickly the first time and was fairly dizzy/unsteady.I sort of wish I would have bought one with a massage/heat back, but overall, this unit works very well for the price paid and I would recommend.

Noticeable pain relief!
Very nice table! Seems sturdy for >200 lb 6 foot users. Nice design. Only suggestion would be to have more adjustment options for ankles. Noticed an immediate reduction in peripheral foot and leg pain after a few uses. It is important to use ankles to reduce pressure on torso straps and allow spine to gently elongate on the machine.

Sturdy
Poor directions (a set of pages were missing) however I contacted the manufactured and they provided me the assembly instructions in an e-mail. There was a tear in one of the pads, but I did not contact regarding it as it was in an un-noticable location. Sturdy and we have used it many times. No complaints other than the one I stated earlier. If not for the little issues, 5 stars.

Great Customer Service
This is my updated review, initially I was missing a pad for the ankle holder. I called the company, and received a replacement pad in 2 days. Very good customer support!My husband now calls me bat girl! I enjoy hanging and it feels good. I am very pleased with the table.I just purchased the Innova Inversion Table with Ankle Relief & Safety Features Model: ITX9800 PC:HY20170604A. I am missing one pad for the large U shape PU Holder. I contacted the company via email. Hopefully, I will hear from them soon. I will post an update on the table at that time.
