Definitely One of the Best Saffron Supplements
I read about the benefits of saffron and decided to try it! These pills are very small, powder filled capsules. So you can open them and pour it over or into something as well. I can't speak to it's health benefit effects yet, I just started about 5 days ago. But I am thinking I do have a little boost of energy! I don't drink coffee, I literally wake up and drink like 30oz of water right off the bat. So a little energetic boost was noted! Especially when I'm chasing a toddler on vacation! I recommend taking this in the morning!I like the bottle, it's easy to open, easy to read & understand. The capsules are great because they're small and tasteless. It is also just one capsule a day! Perfect! I also take multivitamins, so less is more for me - haha!The value of this bottle is incredible! I couldn't find anything comparable to this price point, quality & being only one pill daily. I definitely recommend this Saffron product & I hope they continue this good quality product at this amazing price point! :)

It works for me!
This works for a good 6 hours for me. I do a lot of creative writing, and content creation on tik tok and this helps me find my creativity when I am facing writers block. Its not bad at all for the price.

Made me so drowsy
Made me extremely sleepy-so much I fell out of my chair , dry mouth and increased anxiety. Not so good for me . I wish this was returnable since I only took 2 pills. I feel like it’s a waste of money
