DELLE ROSA Volcanic Black Swivel Spout Dual Lever Kitchen Sink,304 Stainless Steel Mixer Taps with Solid Brass

Decided to update our 'very' old brass kitchen tap and decided on the Delle Rosa item in black, beautifully presented in the packaging and looks like a quality product, however one problem i experienced was the lack of room once the supply pipes were fitted it was impossible to screw the brass threaded tube in as the fittings came to rest touching the brass insert which is part of the tap? I shot off to b&q looking for some smaller push fit fittings and thought i was on a winner but they were too big also!! 'The Solution' ? rather than sending the tap back stating it was a load of c@@p i used a screwdriver to ease the pipe collars away from the brass insert enough to manage to get the tube to screw in(success) anyway i used the supplied pipes in the end and successfully fitted the tap, it looks fantastic and delivers a very nice airated supply of hot&cold water, so happy bunny in the end, our old leaky drippy tap has been condemned to the skip!

I have had cheaper taps and I have had more expensive taps but this is without doubt the best one I have had. It came on time and was well packaged. The product appears to be well made and is very easy to fit. It comes with an extra long screwed mounting piece that fits the more substantial worktops perfectly. Most other brands only come with a small mounting piece - only suitable for sink mounting. Easy to keep clean. If you are in the market for this type of tap I highly recommend it.

Good value for money compared to other taps of the same design on the internet. Heavy and well built, stylish matt black goes well with our white counter top. Only draw back when running both hot and cold taps the flow is less than just running the cold tap. But that is just a little thing.

Easy to install, except we had a faulty tap. I contacted the company who were very helpful and issued a new one. The tap came within a week, the customer service team were very polite and helpful. Well done!

So stylish and price worth

Had to replace an existing tap and this looked good value with reasonable reviews.Had it fitted by someone else, but no problems other than with existing pipework. Connecting hoses a bit narrower than existing, so has reduced flow rate a little.Tap is quite stiff to move left to right, but levers are smooth and work well, even if a slight delay in switching off, occasioning a bit of a dribble.Had the tap working for about a month now.

Liked the finish and style and price.I found it slightly awkward to screw the pipes into the tap body due to the very limited space.
