This waist trainer really does the job! It makes a significant difference in how I look in my clothing. It sucked in my lower belly more than any of the other ones I've tried! I have two other (much more expensive) ones that are nowhere near as comfortable or EFFECTIVE as this one. I am 5'7" 152 pounds, and my belly is the fattest part of me. I got a large and it *just* fit me. I couldn't have gone down to a medium. Even though it was almost too small for me, it was pretty comfortable! The three level design is so smart because you can customize each tier to that part of your tummy. The material is also THIN so you can't see it at all beneath my clothes. Even though it's thin it is super strong and stretchy. Highly recommend this one and the price is great!!

It’s an amazing shape wear but i got a size too big but i love the material and even though its big i still feel a little bit of tightness

This is awesome, best ever. 5ft 8" and 180lbs, bought a large. I loveeee the fact that it's not bulky.Also love the top and bottom are separated, because I can snap the top a little tighter.Also the middle section has its own closure.Im so snatched when I put this on.Very nice under clothing. This is the first time I’ve a waist trainer. Just had my second baby so I decided to wear it to help with the mom pouch. I got a size small, fits great. I measured my waist before putting it on vs when I have it on, I went from 30.5in to 26.5in while wearing it. It snatches the waist, gives that hour class shape, flattens the tummy and offers back support. Make my posture much better.

The middle strap was going into the middle of stomach and created a dip with made my body look unnatural. It does suck you in but it just wasn't enough for what I was expecting.

This shaper is great for someone who doesn’t have my issues . I’m 7 months postpartum and have ab separation which made the shaper bend in the middle of my abdomen. Which is why I’m rating 3 stars . The style I loved . The three pieces really provided compression I just needed more . It stretched and was very breathable and comfortable. I would recommend this product for sure !

I’ve worn waist trainers in the past, and some of them can be really uncomfortable, and majority of them are made out of latex which I am allergic to so I do break out, but I am happy that this one is not made out of latex and I love the three part method, it allows you to adjust to your torso length if you’re thinking about purchasing this get it also, if you’re concerned about sizing, I would say it’s true size take a look at the chart
