The media could not be loaded. Long story short, I lost over 100 lbs & have some loose skin. I received this yesterday and have been using it since. I do take it off to sleep. For the price this is awesome. I have an apron belly that the outer layer holds in quite nice nicely. I’m not big on compression but this doesn’t feel bad at all. Even took a nap with it on. It provides back support which is a bonus and shapes nicely I think. Used it at the gym and wasn’t overheated or anything. Will continue to use and will keep you updated!

I was looking for a waist trainer that would be more back smoothing than other models I had tried out that would typically push everything upwards. This waist trainer did a great job in smoothing out my back and reducing my tummy rolls from jutting out when I sit down. It did a great job in improving my back posture and keeping me from hunching over too much. Realistically, it didn't make my waist into an hourglass shape on the sides like what is shown in models, but it held things in more and provided support. I picked out the size I did based on the size chart and it fit me comfortably and it doesn't feel like my waistline is too constricted and I will be able to eat with no issues.

This is the best waist trainer I’ve ever bought. Sturdy breathable and comfortable and gives that added coverage for those that have a fupa that needs to be held in. I have been telling all my friends about it and sending the links link. I will be ordered the next size down when I loose some more weight.

Good design except size runs bigger and it's also too long

I have bought so many waist trainers. Each one has its own strengths and weaknesses. This one has it all! Comfortable, discreet under clothing, great tummy support, no back fat. It feels great AND does what it's supposed to. I got a size down from my norm, just to get it nice and tight. It still doesn't cut into my skin uncomfortably. I am immediately buying more!

I usually wear Large tops so I sized up and for XL just in case and it was very roomy. Not supportive enough for my liking because I need it to strengthen my lower back. I do not recommend at all. I will be returning this item.

I love this waist trainer! I have some of the traditional waist trainer but this one is my new favorite. I like that the back support isn’t as stiff as the traditional trainer so it’s not digging in my back. The material is nice and smooth. You have the inner corset with hooks but the outer mesh also has hooks and zips up. I ordered an XL I’m 5’3 220 and it fits just right. Can’t wait to wear it for my next workout.
