After researching induction hobs, I found my aluminium 'induction ready' pots were ineffective, always requiring the highest heat settings to cook. The key factor is iron content. Iron pots are effective but heavy and small, while carbon steel is lighter and cheaper but they rusts easily. I considered stainless steel, despite its cleaning challenges, and looked into the more expensive HexClad but its high price and lack of a lid made me skeptical and the reviews noted sticking issues with both woks, especially with proteins like egg and fish so I decided to go with this one.After using the stainless steel pan, I found it exceptional. The highest heat setting is now too high, and I can use a broader range of heat settings with better control, similar to a gas cooker. Metal utensils are essential for both health reasons and because the wok is stainless steel you have no worry about scratching. Oiling the pan before heating a few times helps prevent food from sticking but also make sure you don't add food to the wok while it's cold will also help. Also never add cold water to a hot pan to prevent warping, if your frying pan is bowed then that's why.Pros: Looks great, incredible heat distribution, effective non-stick pattern.Cons: Heavy-ish, though not as heavy as iron, and food can stick if not used correctly.If you're serious about cooking, give this stainless steel wok a try—you won't be disappointed.

I have had this pan for 6 months now, used every day, sometimes more than once, so now is the right time to give a realistic review.Looks impressive, with the unusual nonstick coating, and a solid feel to the stainless steel base and handle. Quality glass lid, with a vent hole.After using it for a couple of times, I noticed that some of the food was sticking to the surface, which was not good. I contacted the manufacturers, who did show honest concern, and asked me to persevere, and allow a little more time. They said they would refund, if not completely satisfied. Fair enough.This is a brilliant quality pan. Not much if anything sticks, but a few foodstuffs do, but nothing to serious. Heat distribution is excellent, and is a lovely size to cook stir fry food etc. It cleans without any issues, like new. I have never put it in the dishwasher, wash it by hand, so simple, and quick, and comes up like new every time.I have reviewed the 1 star comments, and don’t understand the comments about being sticky! Handle missing- fair enough, but easily rectified. I believe in spending as much as you can afford when buying products of this nature. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.Update a year on.The photo you see is a year on. This pan gets used every day, sometimes twice. Stir fry, sauces, frying onions, mushrooms etc.Its absolutely brilliant. I always wash it by hand. Some items stick ever so slightly, however, the pan cleans like this every time with a little soapy water. Best pan I have ever bought....and I have bought a few. Just buy it!

Decent thickness stainless steel pan. Has a special pattern on which supposedly helps with non- stick without chemicals which I like. I have tried a fried egg and works reasonably well so I am happy as no toxic forever chemicals. One con though is I was hoping to be able to sear meat with it being stainless steel but the instructions say not to use high temperatures as this will damage the pan. Overall it is a good quality pan.

I use a pan for cooking pasta most days but last week my pan of many years started shedding teflon and had to be retired. I had a spare but it proved very resistant to heat; water took twice as long to boil and I had to use my electric ring on full power to keep it boiling as opposed to one setting below full power previously. QED a new pan was required and I chose this one based on the reviews.It's a superb pan; the presentation and packaging are exemplary as is the build quality. I'd pay several pounds for the included metal multi-gauge spanner alone; needed to attach the handle and very clever. The non-stick areas are very clever and extremely effective.This is sold as 20cm but that includes the spout so it's actually 19.5cm and not very deep; the depth of a large milk pan and smaller than I hoped. That said, it's marvellous! It responds to energy with great efficiency and boils water faster and at one setting below my good previous pan! My only caveats are the size as mentioned (however it's proving a perfect size for spaghetti etc so no actual complaint) and the spout being on the right. Maybe it's just me but if I'm holding a pan in my right hand then I want to pour to the left not right.Highly recommended!

After following the instructions for seasoning the pan properly, nothing sticks and any burnt remnants easily get removed after adding just a little bit oil or water.It's also easy to clean, don't have to worry about pan getting scratched and can cook in varying levels of heat.Whenever I feel like food are getting too sticky I just re-season the pan again before cooking next round and it works like a brand new pan.The cover is really handy and handle doesn't get hot so no worries if burning hand. Handle also feels very durable and is easy to flick for proper mixing of seasonings.

I specifically ordered for its claimed non-stick qualities.Upon receipt however I became quite puzzled as directions on box then claimed a light oil spray or some such will be required for eggs etc. Ummm?So I tried it and not only did my omelet get stuck with some goose fat, but bacon as well.I sadly threw out the box or i would return it under the guise of false advertising. If not for that issue its a pretty well constructed pan, just not a non-stick.

Prima cottura spiedini di pesce! Ero molto scettico per l'antiaderenza, a causa di alcune recensioni negative. Vi devo dire che 10 e lode è il giusto voto che questa padella merita! Una cottura perfetta ho alzato e girato gli spiedini durante la cottura senza un minimo di "attaccatura" dello spiedino al fondo della padella. Che dire primo stress test superato con dieci e lode!

Après plus de 6 mois le wok est toujours impeccable malgré une utilisation quotidienne sur des plaques au gaz.Le revêtement de qualité, permet une diffusion uniforme de la chaleur. Cela est idéal pour gérer la cuisson et nous permet de faire des économies. Peu de perte de chaleur donc moins besoin d'utiliser bruleurs à fond.J'avais un autre wok avant celui-ci et je vois clairement la différence.La taille du wok permet de préparer un volume plus que correct. Je fais souvent des currys pour plus de 6 personnes sans problème.Le couvercle transparent est un gros plus pour pourvoir suivre la cuisson sans le retirer ce qui peut être crucial selon la recette (exemple du riz à sushi qu'il faut garder couvert jusqu'à la fin de la cuisson).Je recommande vivement pour les pationnés de cuisine qui ne veulent pas se ruiner.
