I have amassed a mortuary of dead Arisen earbuds, earcups, wires and silicon hooks to stabilize the earbuds in place. The sound quality is strong, comfort is decent once you find the right combination of cups/hooks and position. The problem is in their quality. Plain and simple, they cannot withstand even moderate handling. I am not even talking about usage. This specific pair of white buds died after less than 20 hours of use. It started with static in the buds. I turned off to charge, and they never came back on.I have 2 pairs of Phantoms, one completely dead, the other only good through one side. This is my third pair of windbuds. Fortunately, I only paid for 3 when they first came out.Customer service used to be strong and responsive to issues under warranty. Obviously, with Arisen's presence disappearing on Amazon, the quality issues (replacing poorly manufactured earbuds) caught up with them. If they reemerge, be very wary. I would definitely stay away and look at others with lower price points, better warranties, and reviews deep enough that indicates those buds may be around to support you should your earbuds go south.NOT RECOMMENDED.

I've been buying wireless Bluetooth earbuds since they first came out, and they used to be mediocre at best. Each generation has improved, but these buds really impressed me. I can set my iPhone on my patio and use them through out my backyard, where I used to have to keep the phone with me and still have problems. The battery life is 2 or 3 times longer. But the thing that impresses me most is the sound quality. A lot of clarity in the highs and good solid bass. No distortion that I can hear and my ears aren't getting tired after a few hours. Anyway, highly recommended and I really can't find any minuses, so I give them a solid 5 stars.

I really was not expecting much since these were only $35, but I'm pleasantly surprised by the sound quality, bass, and loudness for the price. I've had more expensive ones that sounded much worse. Idk how long they're going to last but even if I get 6 months out of them it'll have been worth the money.The Bluetooth chips on those are using CSR8645 which is the same as other big brands on the market. And the price is only one third of those earbuds, just stop looking, and buy those, you will not regret.One more thing, if you have EQ setting on your phone or device, they will sound even better according to your personal music style.

These earbuds and comfortable and I think the sound quality is pretty good (I'm by no means an audiophile, though). They hold a charge for much longer than a different brand of bluetooth earbuds I tried...I would be willing to bet it's the full 10 hours like they say. They connect really quickly ans securely to my phone. The controls work great. So far, I'm really happy with these earbuds.

I’ve had these for a couple of months and so far they’re pretty good. Great connectivity and long lasting battery. The sound is clear but a little too crisp and too much treble on some songs. I use the smallest earbuds they came with and they’re very comfortable and stay in my ears during runs. They have a fairly high volume limit as well.

They look nice but they are the most uncomfortable earbuds I’ve ever had the phantom earbuds are a lot nicer

The best thing about these earbuds are the volume and the fit. It comes with 3 different sizes and they don't hurt at all. I sweat profusely in when I workout and these hold up perfectly. Good purchase.
