They were so nice with excellent colours.But the black colour is not working properly after a small art work.

I feel it is important to highlight that these markers have a very strong and unpleasant odor, which may be concerning for those purchasing them for children. Having used numerous markers before, I was surprised by the intensity of the smell as soon as I began using them. Unfortunately, the odor did not dissipate even after some time, and my sketch and paper retained the strong scent. While the colors are vibrant and the price is reasonable, I would not purchase this brand again due to the persistent odor.

Poor quality overallink bled like crazy even with an extremely light handtips frayed very easilyink did not blend together wellvery poor quality markers.

This is a nice little set of markers that would make a good gift for the budding artist that wants to try out a new medium before spending a whole lot more on a much larger set. The color palette is a bit limited. With alcohol markers, you need multiple values of the same hues in order to create shading in your art. These do blend a bit, but because there are so few similar colors, what you do have blends rather harshly. For example, putting red over pink with no shades in-between those layers just results in a pink area and a clear red area with no smooth transition from light to dark. You'd need varying shades of pinks and reds to layer the color well and create depth. If you are using these to color in the lines in a coloring book and just playing around, they are great. If you have an artist in the house, they would probably benefit from a larger set of these markers so that they can more easily create subtle shades and values in their artwork.One thing to note, using these on regular paper, drawing paper, or water color paper etc. It bleeds through regular and drawing paper (most alcohol markers do), water color paper soaks up tons of ink, so you would probably need some marker paper. At the very least it'll make these markers last longer.

Lots of colours were already dryed out and the colour on the numbered markers were inaccurate. Light pink was actually brown shade, yellows were also a mess, etc. etc. Would not recommend these!

I am a beginning artist trying out different mediums. This is my first time using alcohol markers so I gave them a go in a coloring book for grown-ups. The markers have a wide rounded triangular shape which is comfortable to hold, even for arthritic fingers. They would be great for seniors. The brush side of these Yisan markers is like painting. The brushes have a small point and can make a smooth line. All of these colors were very vibrant and didn't fade when dry. It was fun to try out all the colors and play around with combining colors. The thick side would be good for wide lettering.The ink does bleed through the paper to the other side so take that into consideration for your particular project.I am enjoying using them and would recommend them for a beginner like myself.
