customer service was excellent
In June 2019 i bought this item, it worked very well for a couple of months and then went wrong. I contacted customer services who apologised and said they would send me another one which duly arrived the following day. That was 2years ago and the replacement has been used daily ever since and has worked perfectly .I would have no problem whatsoever recommending this product or the company.

It helps keep my phones / tablets tidy. only criticism is that it can be slow to charge some tablets otherwise no complaints

Good value
Solved long standing problem of charging multiple devices - and in a very tidy package rather than multiple plugs and trailing wires. The support plates may lack robustness were they slot into the base. Would be useful if one of the support plates was taller to support larger devices e.g. iPad.

Frustrated don't need 3 Istuff chargers.
I was disappointed and frustrated as when it arrived there were 3 iPod/phone chargers. I have no use for these we have no Istuff at home. Looking back I can see on the pic but rereading the Info it does not suggest a mix of type of chargers.I'm happy with the rest looks charges well and is sturdy. But annoyed I have to use long charger cables.

this product doesnt work
the charging cable which goes into the back of the dock for this product is loose and rarely works. it requires constant wiggling to get the charge to take and as of today, even when the charging sign is showing on the devices, no charge is actually occurring. Its a total piece of crap. dont buy it

Great gadget to keep everything tidy and so you know where they are
arrived fast and is perfect for phones and iPads alike any type as it has different plugs and most of all it keeps them all in one place .So they are not spread all over the dinning table but all in a neat little row

Didn’t last
Bought this in May, initially it was really good. Easy to use and meant there was no arguing about who needed the charger first!! However after 5 weeks 2 of the phone charger cables stopped working. They ‘ping’ once connected to the phone but no charging happens! Very disappointing.

Great customer service
The box itself works as it should and at first looked nice and neat with the short black cables that were supplied with it. After a few months the cables one by one broke and I’ve now had to buy new cables that just all look odd and messy. Unfortunately this is now just going to sit in a draw, unused...They have sent new cables that now work fine, it is so nice to see the supplier taking action on their reviews and not just ignoring them. Great customer service, many thanks.
