Kit okProblem with pressure barrel.Measure jug broken.However Ballihoo sorted this without a problem.Definitely buy from them again.

Great product for first time brewers
Great product for first time brewers, its simple to use, and to assemble and very durabel, i've been making beer in it now for a year and its still as good as the day i bought it! absolutely no complaints and highly recommend it too

Great Home Brew Kit
Have brewed two batches with this kit. The beer has been excellent. Very easy to use kit. The process takes time but it's worth waiting for.

On the plus side the delivery was prompt. However there were quite a few negatives:It's rather pricey - if I knew more at the time I could have bought cheaperVery few instructions - rather daunting for an absolute beginnerThe 3 funnels are unnecessary - one would sufficeThe plastic jug had a hole in the bottom and couldn't be used

Barrel leaked
I brought this as a gift for Christmas.Only used this month.Disappointed to say the least!When it was used most of the components worked fine with no problems.However the barrel, with the tap, leaked losing most of the beer. Such a shame!Won’t be recommending this product

Just the job
This is absolutely all you need to start your first brew. I however have subsequently spent 4 times this on additional equipment!! :-) I just supping my first brew now, a Woodfordes Wherry bitter and its beautiful!Anyway, I have no complaints about this kit, it really does give you everything you need, my advice would be to purchase an Auto Syphon in addition, it's much easier and far more sanitary.

Four stars as I've not had chance to fully try this yet, however the kit contents and accessories are of good quality and as stated it has everything you need to get started. The main thing for me in this kit is the 'pressurized barrel' complete in this kit with the Co2 holder and 10x Co2 bulbs,
