It worked for me. My experience, NOT giving medical advice. Came on time. Well priced as I purchased it on sale. I eventually purchase dropper for the bottle because it was not included and I found it difficult to dispense accurately. This product helped reduce my Vitamin D alpha-hydroxy 25 deficiency, bringing my lab values within the recommended range. I now have less back pain, more clarity (less brain fog), decreased anxiety, and more energy. The fat soluble form allows for better absorption than a pill form. You should still confirm a deficiency with your physician and ask about recommended treatments as my experience can be different from yours and again, by no means am I giving medical advice. I’ve been told too much vitamin D has been linked to atherosclerosis. So of course I would RUN IT BY YOUR DOC FIRST. The dose she (my doc) suggested was different than the daily recommended dose (more), and I felt a significant difference within one week of using these drops! Treatment can take months to fully reach the average (“normal”) range depending on the level of deficiency. Many people become vitamin D deficient in the winter months (40-60% depending on where they live). I did not realize my fatigue and other issues were related to a vitamin D3 deficiency problem. I work 3rd shift so I do not get adequate sun exposure. When my diet changes were not enough to bring my vitamin D alpha-hydroxy 25 level to reference ranges, I used this with great success! I found this product to be less expensive than many other brands with the same amount of vitamin D3. Always ask your physician first to confirm it is not contraindicated for you or your current health or medication regimen. I will continue to purchase this product to keep my levels in the desired range. Very easy to add to my wake up routine. It doesn’t have a bad flavor or leave a lasting after taste. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered this because my dermatologist told me that the oils in many Vitamin D3 supplements can go rancid and could be causing some allergy symptoms. I’ve only had these vitamins a few days but they arrived on time and as described. I like that there is no taste, so they are easy to add to my drinks. Great family-owned company service. So far, so good.

How am I expected to drop 5 drops straight from the bottle into my own mouth? I can’t see if/when they fall and there is little taste so dosing is a total crap shoot. I can’t just drop it in water or something and drink either it if it’s meant to be absorbed under the tongue vs the stomach. Real bummer because I think the product would be phenomenal if I could use it easier and now I have to try to shop for a dropper and convert 5 drops into dropper level amount. Ugh.

Drops are more effective than tablets for getting your Vit D count up - these helped me tremendously - take before going to bed - check with your doctor regarding how much you need. I called customer service with my first order because the "shaker" style bottle does not dispense as easily as the dropper bottles and they immediately sent me bottles with droppers. I will always buy from this company. Taste is just fine - drops under your tongue aren't noticeable anyway.

This has worked out for me because I sometimes have trouble taking a lot of supplements each day. Because this is unflavored, I can add it to whatever I'm drinking every day.
