Please note that hands-free operation and total lever operation are mutually exclusive. If someone doesn't know it's hands free and they use lever, nothing will happen. There is a button to convert to full lever operation, but then hands-free not available. It would have been ideal to have both options at all times, but as you get used to full hands-free operation, not an issue for homeowners. It only becomes an issue for guests trying to use sink.

so far I like the hell out of this faucet, great pressure and pretty much the easiest faucet i have ever installed. Seems well made and does not "feel" cheap in any way. But for some reason this version with the "extension" hose does not come with the three hole cover plate while the version relying solely on the spring for maneuvering the nozzle does come with it standard. not really a game changer but unfortunately having to order the cover makes for separate shipping and took an extra week after receiving faucet before i could install it although purchased in same order. While I do not have enough use to know how long it will last I will replace it with the same if i have to so that should tell you how nice and liked it initially is.

I love the look of it. Love to use it. However, the spray part can sometimes have the effect of trying to wash a spoon. Would I buy again? Why yes! We got one for the mother in law and one for my dad. I recommend.

I saw this faucet in sale for $50. I actually thought my husband would tell me to take that crap back and go to home depot where he would spend $200. He quickly installed it and it works great. The only downfall is it stays on sprayer when you turn water off so you have to push button to change it back. It’s really convenient the way you hook and unhook the hose too. Highly recommend for price.

The seller of this faucet bent over backwards to help me when I ran into issues connecting the water filter to the faucet. It took a couple of times having them send me connector parts (at no cost to me!) before I got it properly plumbed. The seller was great to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone. The faucet has only been installed for a day so I can't really speak to the longevity of the product.

I didn't realize there was NO pull out. So what you see is what you get. The spray feature does spray with good force. Almost too good. Causing a fair amount of overspray. I purchased this mainly bath dogs in the sink. If I could pull it out it would be better. Easy to install and all parts where there

Super easy to install after working hard to get the old Phister out. Seems like a good. sturdy faucet. Wish the base plate came with it instead of buying it separate but it looks great and works great.

Works well no issues. Some of my family feels the faucet sits too low but we have a deep sink so I like that it doesn't splash water onto the counter.
