Due to some medication I'm taking, my whole body becomes extra dry including my scalp. Even though I've always had dandruff, I was normally able to manage it - now, it became significantly worse and oddly, greasier, so I've needed to wash my hair more than I usually do.After some research, I discovered this product and I figured it doesn't hurt to try. I noticed a huge difference after the first use! The only time I had dandruff after the first use was when I was styling my hair right after washing it with this product. I used it for the second time yesterday and while I was styling it - NOTHING! I was shocked that it worked so quickly! An added bonus was that my hair was still soft and silky, this isn't something I always felt when I used dandruff products.

This hair exfoliant does a great job. It doesn't foam and it's odorless. It's very easy to use, and from my experience, I can say that you notice an improvement from the first use (as long as you use it with the same brand's shampoo). I like the quality of the product and I really hope it helps me with my scalp problems and they recommend it for hair loss (time will tell if work or not ). I know this treatment will make my hair look very healthy, and my scalp too. I really needed this once I realized I had so much buildup on my scalp. Combine this with a hand scalp massager or a tangle tease brush ( small / handheld with short bristles) and your shampoo will really penetrate!

Haven't used it enough to render a verdict, but right off the bat, a few criticisms:-Doesn't seem to be a perforated strip to remove the external seal. Opening it in the shower was difficult-Seems like 5 ounces of product in a 10 ounce tube. I'm sure it's weighed, but the fresh tube seems half full which isn't fun-Got some grit in my eye *after* I showered

My husband used this for his beard!! it helped tremendously. Flakey skin was gone and he was able to stop the itch all together.

Customers should know that in my experience, this was not an effective product. When following the instructions, it's not very easy to apply in a way that the scalp can be massaged. It has a tingly feel with a peppermint scent which are generally please if it is able to be applied as directed - which is rather difficult. Additionally, it is not easy to rinse the gritty ingredients out of the hair. This took some time to do before using the Nizoral shampoo (which I really like once-a-week or so on its own). I wanted it to make the Nizoral shampoo an even better experience. However, this did not happen for me, and my hair was left feeling that it needed more and more rinsing.

I am shocked at how little dandruff I have today - the NEXT DAY after using this for the first time. I read all the negative reviews and that's not how it worked out for me, so I felt compelled to leave this . I used it in conjunction with the Nizoral shampoo. There's still a tiny bit left (really small flakes that i doubt others can even se), but I'm hoping that's all gone in the next few treatments. I'm serious. yesterday it looked like Christmas day on my shoulders. Today, almost invisible dusting. I'm really impressed.
