Edited 10-21-2022: I've had this for a couple of weeks and I do still like it, however, I have found an issue: it is extremely top heavy. The suction part of the unit snaps on and off of the pole/hose and is heavier than you might expect. Since the vacuum head on the base doesn't lock into place (thus the extreme maneuverability ) this thing will (a) not stand up on its own or (b) not stand up when leaning against something (wall, counter, whatever. The heavy suction unit ensures that this will fall and fall HARD. Part of the plastic casing on the dust cup has already been cracked by it falling over on me. This is my one complaint about this unit. Otherwise, I use it on a daily basis to deal with the dog fur on my tile flooring.This got delivered last night. I spent about 10 minutes clicking it together this morning and finding a place to plug in the charging base. Then I went all June Cleaver on my house. We have a very large, very furry German shepherd which means there is always a reason to vacuum. This little sucker - woah. It's so lightweight! It's cordless! The suction head has terrific maneuverability! I was shocked at how much it picked up on the initial run. This is so much better than pulling out my clunky Bissell and having to work around the cord, the heft, and the available plugs in my home. I'm considering getting a second one of these for the other end of the house. And the price was amazing! I was actually looking at the Shark wandvac when I ran across this one and decided the price was worth the risk of trying it out. I'm glad I did

The media could not be loaded.  Okay this is my ever first cordless vacuum and I love it. I waited to purchase bc I want the Dyson but this is doing the job and the price was too good to pass up. The power button is located in the handle area so I press when I maneuver it. It could be a little sturdier when maneuvering it. It swivels some but with a little care and focus it does the job. This helps me clean easier and faster than I normally would. I can either do a quick clean up when I style my hair as I shed or a 3rd step floor cleaning..broom sweep, mop then vacuum. The battery life is just right for me. The price is great for this product. 9/10 for the swivel and power button.

This vac is perfect for day to day for our dog hair!! Light & easy to use, great suction and battery lasts for my kind of use. I like the 2 settings as well- and both are pretty quiet.Didn’t give 5 stars because emptying the basket, clicking, disconnecting & putting back together is a bit of a pain.It’s not your regular full power vac, but worth the $$ to use on crumbs, dust bunnies & pet fur day to day!

Was unable to use this product from the moment I opened the package as it was clear that it could not be charged at my residence. The charging station has a plug that will only fit into European-style receptacles. . I connected with the company and related the problem. I also said that putting an adapter on the plug was an unacceptable solution. They have responded that they are mailing me a new charger with an American-style plug. That works and I am pleased to say they worked to correct the problem and I am satisfied.

Let me start by saying my house is a mix of that short office like carpet, linoleum, and rugs and I have a German shepherd 2 cats a messy boyfriend and I have long hair that likes to shed into the most frustrating places to clean.I like this inse vacuum for the linoleum! It gets all the pet hair when i vacuum on those surfaces, including all the kitchen crumbs. however it's mostly useless on carpet. The vacuum comes with 2 separate attachments for different floor surfaces and I tried both on my carpet to no avail.It's SUPER easy to take apart to service (comes apart more then my old stick dyson) and it's pretty quiet.When I get my new hardwood floors put in I think I will be very happy with the inse vacuum, however I would NOT recommend to anyone that has a lot of carpet or rugs.

It's a nice vacuum considering it's only $100. It's really easy to use and maneuver to tight spots. Sure is handy to have a cordless vacuum for those once a week cleaning but this thing doesn't have much sucking power. Hope it last long.

It's a nice vaccum considering it's only $100. It's really easy to use and turn and surprisingly the little light on it is very helpful. The only thing that isn't great is it's kinda hard to clean. You almost have to disassemble the whole thing everytime you empty it.

The product has decent suction power , more than other vacuum cleaners in the range. If you are habitual daily cleaner then this product is good for light cleaning. If you clean seasonally during festivals and thinking of deep cleaning forget it. The battery will last for approx 30 minutes in Standard mode (detail page mentions 45 minutes) and 15 min on max mode. I have noted this time after using stopwatch in mobile after using it 4 times, I started stopwatch the moment I switch it on and stop it the moment switch it off, finding was as mentioned above, for standard mode it can be +- 5min. So for deep cleaning during festivals you will be able to run it only for 30 mins and then charging again will take 3 to 4 hours, better buy corded vacuum cleaner. The attachments , the extension rod for floor cleaner etc were of good quality. However the dust compartment is cheap quality plastic very fragile if you accidentally dropped it be sure it will either crack or break for sure as the motor is just above it and is heavy. Removing the steel filter is quite tricky if you do not do it properly it will result in getting the attached plastic cracked. Worked inside house but when used inside car it could not suck the stubborn dirt/dust on the car floorSummarizing , buy only if you want vacuum cleaner for light daily cleaning , for deep cleaning it is BIG NO. Better go for handheld corded vacuum cleaners that have much higher suction power and will work much longer for deep cleaning and has more suction power. INSE even has corded vacuum cleaner with quite long wire.Since dust compartment had cracks upon arrival and I wanted vacuum cleaner for deep cleaning I returned it.
