Early days, but it works perfectly and doesn't overheat even when used all day long.Connector attachment fits quite tightly so it won't fall out and get lost.I like the blue light indicating that it's on and working, and the power unit is slim, light, and has an attractive modern looking design. I also love that it switches to the voltage required automatically so there's no risk to your units e.g. laptop, and no hassle.The cable is slightly shorter than the one that originally came with my HP Pro 450 G5 laptop, but that's not much of an issue.Finally, not a gripe about this unit in particular, but somehow, being sent 16 adaptor heads to fit any possible laptop is quite wasteful. If we can have 3 or 4 standard wall plugs in worldwide use, surely manufacturers can do the same with laptops and standardise their connectors to one or two sizes.

Excellent price for a laptop power supply. No selecting voltages or worrying about other settings. It's select your plug and play! The unit comes with ample cable so that you can use your laptop whilst connected. The enclosed instruction sheet has a list of supported devices and the power tip to use. My laptop wasn't listed but it works perfectly. There is a very large bag of power tips supplied, I think there were 19 with mine. It's simply a matter of checking each one till you find the one that fits. Looking at your old supply tip with help you here, if you still have it. Has a power on indicator. Very quiet in use and runs quite cool. Recommended!

Brought to replace current broken power supply item arrived opened the box item did not power up and was missing vital components to fit my device.Customer service useless just said to return.As If I wanted to but something just to return it brought new one in town was more expensive but guess what it worked thanks for nothing.Would give zero stars if I could
