Relatively inexpensive and does exactly what its supposed to.

Good value and at least its constant and reasonably accurate
I had an earlier version of this but the strap inevitably hardened and broke. Its not replaceable so I had to buy a new one! I use the HR monitor but for some reason the new transmitter doesn't register with the gym machines as the old one did. The display is OK and there all the time unlike most, albeit you can't see it in dark conditions without stopping and pressing the backlight button. When using the stopwatch, for example, it uses the bottom quarter of the screen which is difficult to read. Weird as the top third is left clear and blank!

This heart rate monitor is very in accurate giving incorrect readings. As a keen fitness enthusiast I purchased this item in order to train within a certain heart rate zone however is not possible with this item.
