Great for smoke alarms
I normally use rechargeables in my smoke alarms but had a few fail simultaneously after a number recharges so needed something in a hurry. These batteries got me out of a jam for a sensible price.

Required one to replace that in a device that was not recently used, hence the battery died unnoticed.As a recent installation, comments on its longevity are currently unrealistic but alkaline batteries in general seem to be usable for up to 2 years in many roles, not high demand roles such as portable lighting.

These work fine, I haven't run one flat yet, and have had them in devices for over 18 months, so no complaints.
