Box Brew Kits1x Glass 13" Hydrometer Test Jar with Safety Bumper

The cylinder is only 12", with the stand it's still only 12.5". But it's ok.

The top rim was chipped. Had to sand it to keep from cutting fingers and scratching hydrometer.

I broke 3 of these each time I used a new one. 2 broke because the hydrometer hit the bottom. 1 broke because the hydrometer hit the rim. I'm going to switch to a heavier glass or plastic.

One star rating only because 0 was not an option. Unless you like the leaning tower of Pisa save your money. The base is extremely poor fitting, so much so that the test tube will not stay upright without liquid in it. I am afraid to actually use it with liquid. Spend a few dollars more and purchase a higher quality test tube.

I like a glass hydrometer cylinder, for clarity and ease in cleaning. I had broken two by knocking them over. This solves that problem.

Works Great.. glass a little thin but ok for the price

Base fit is loose and wobbly but it hold the glass tube. Fine for the price but it could be better.

Well it works, but because its glass if it tips over at all or you accidentally drop it, it breaks! Would be awesome if they just made it out of plastic.
