NOT a 30 day supply
My fault for not paying closer attention. I usually get bottles of 60, which is enough for 30 days. This product only has 40 and you take 2 a night. Good price though and taste good also

The only SLEEP vitamin that works
I take 2 a night. I’ve tried every brand and every bottle of melatonin. I have always had a problem falling asleep. Love the gummy flavor - I take 20 minutes before I go to bed. I love that this is also an immunity benefit.

These are ok....
I normally take Olly Sleep Extra, but I thought I'd give these a try. They do have a completely different texture that I am not crazy about...a little too mushy, as another reviewer mentioned. I also am not crazy about the flavor, it's odd. I do like the immune booster properties in this, and that does make it better than my Olly brand, but the cons are too great with this one, so I would not get these again, even though they do help get me to sleep just as good as the Ollys.

Great sleep aid with a few caveats
According to many sleep scientists and doctors, the recommended dose of melatonin for adults is from 0.3mg to 12mg/day. A full dose of Nature Made's Sleep & Immune contains 6mg of melatonin. I myself, when I take melatonin, only use 3mg.Pros:1) Delicious gummies. They taste like candy and are easy to take.2) They contain no gelatin. Often, gummies are made with porcine gelatin, making them unfit for those who do not eat pork. These are suitable for those who avoid pork products.3) For sleep, at least, they work as expected. Immune support is more difficult to gauge.Cons:1) They contain sugar. Each gummy has 2 grams of added sugar. I am not sugar averse unless it's bedtime. I usually take my nighttime supplements after I brush my teeth, but as these contain sugar I need to take them before I brush my teeth. Melatonin gummies and drops are often made with stevia, xylitol or other natural non-nutritive sweeteners that do not promote tooth decay. For me, this is a huge downside as now I have to either remember to take it before getting ready for bed, or I have to brush my teeth twice.2) There are only 20 servings in a bottle if you take the full 6mg dose. I've halved the dose, but in doing so I also now only get half of the vitamins and the elderberry. It's still a fairly decent dose for everything except the zinc.3) The label states no synthetic colors. The ingredients list it only as "color added", but don't specify what natural source is used for the color. Beet juice? Cherry juice? No idea.4) They're supposedly non-habit forming, but the label still indicates that they're not for daily use. That's confusing. That said, I don't use melatonin daily anyway. Even with the downsides, these are a nice way to wind down for bedtime while also potentially boosting your immunity.
