manuka honey 20

I actually parted with my hard-earned money to buy this, unlike the other reviewers who wrote things like “great taste” as a review. If you’re spending triple digits on honey and you can only comment on the taste, I question your authenticity. Manuka is a medicinal product, not a gourmet flavoring. If you want tasty honey just go to your local farmer’s market (or supermarket!). Why would someone rate UMF 20 Manuka on tasting good? I bought it because my kids bring home a lot of colds and coughs and sore throats. I’ve read some compelling evidence that Manuka has proven medicinal properties and can ease and possibly help prevent cold symptoms. I thought this jar looked beautiful unlike most other brands, I wanted organic which is hard to find, and this is the highest UMF I’ve been able to find in “organic” ethical quality. It would take a more scientific approach to measure whether or not it really has helped with anyone’s respiratory symptoms so I won’t provide useless anecdotes about not getting sick to mislead you.It’s expensive AF, it’s pretty, it’s ethically sourced, and it’s potent. That’s all I can say but it’s more than anything else out there can claim. Would give five stars if one of the digits came off the price!

I am surprised to see an EXPIRATION date for this honey.Though expensive I decided to buy after seeing the ingredients and all the other 5 star reviews.I guess expiration date is not a big concern for the other reviewers.But I am disappointed.

great packaging. great outer seal, great inner seal. very professional packaging and serious quality company. This company seems to care about their customers. The honey taste is fine and this is a product to definitely be optimistic about.

Still need to wait and see regarding health benefits (to early to say) but feeling confident. I will say that a couple of teaspoonfuls seem to help break up a stuffy nose... so good first impression!
