The cake is extremely dry. Plum cakes are supposed to be moist. It doesn't have the rich flavour of plum cakes. This is like a very ordinary fruit cake from a hole in the wall bakery but costs much more

The best thing is that the cake is not fragile and holds its shape. So it is easier to slice. The ingredients are good and although it comes all the way from South India, the freshness is intact and the taste as expected. Recommended
