I have been buying the fidele products for my pet for the last few months and from my local store. Since there was a good deal from a seller Sera Recommerce I placed a order and that was a big mistake. The product arrived after a week and without a proper packaging. On opening i could sense that the content didn't look as fresh as what I am used to seeing. within a few days I can now see large amount of fungal growth in the entire package. Luckily my pet is doing fine but it could have been horrible. Such sellers should be banned from the platform. I would rather buy it from a local store.

My golden retriever pup was a picky eater. Tried different food brands with gravy, seasoning and what not. Got fidele+ and from that day till now eats happily till the bowl is empty.
