Overall this is a good cycle...Gear shifting is great!But I deduct one star for it's colour quality!Somewhere it's colour letter is not completely written!Otherwise the cycle is good at this price range!

I'm really disappointed with the Cradiac Xplorer 29T that I ordered from Amazon. My friends, on the other hand, ordered the Cradiac cycle from another website and received the tools or kit in a separate box to fix the handle, tyre, pedals etc.. The cycle that I got from Amazon had a separate tool box, but it was unsealed and not taped or sealed, and there was only one Allen key. I now need to find cycle shops and pay them to fix every part of my cycle. The fact that someone opened the toolbox and removed the tools is so obvious.I now wanted to know if ordering these cycles or anything else pricey from Amazon is legitimate.To avoid these negative experiences, the lesson learned from this experience is to get the cycle from the brand's own website or visit nearby stores.Additionally, I've included a photo of the tool kit box that I received. For just one Allen key, why did I receive such a large box?As usual, Amazon is never going to answer or do anything to compensate for this kind of activity.

Cycle was good. But while I opening the package got shocked. Front wheel was not fitted. Again I went to nearby cycle shop and fitted the front wheel cost of 200 rupees. But when I was ordered it's mentioned that only handle and seat has to fix. Got disappointed due to this inconvenience.

Cycle is much bigger than i think. Tyres are broad. Seat Quality is appreciable. 50% Cycle is already assembled . Problem faced while attaching front tyre .
