Missing a Bead
Product was nicely packaged and beads look nice but did not get 30 beads only 29. These were pricer than others but I thought quality may better, (to be determined on how they hold up, I misread and they are not actual stainless steel, just the look). I am disappointed in the quantity. Tried to contact customer service which only gave me the option for return/exchange or refund. I will keep since just one bead was missing and not sure how many will be in the exchange item. If you need 30, you may not get them all.

These were the perfect piece to accent a masculine stretch cord bracelet. Center hole is perfect for hiding the elastic knot
