Don't trust the template
Before you use the template, measure, if yours is like mine, the centerline is offset a half inch.The other problem is the A holes are 1/2" wider than the slot on the actual soundbar.This made instalation very difficult, I was just barely able to save the install.Brackets themselves are decent quality.

Came with a template that help a lot. It was still pretty easy to install. Fit thy e sound bar perfectly.
